WE PROVIDE STANDARDIZED TEST SPECIMENS FOR ALL REQUIREMENTS
Test specimen production refers to the manufacturing of standardized sample bodies used for material testing. Depending on the material and the applicable standard, specimens are produced via injection molding, CNC machining from real components, or die-cutting from plates or sheets. This ensures reproducible, norm-compliant test results and enables reliable material comparison and qualification.

Injection Molding
Using our interchangeable mold inserts and injection molding systems, we manufacture a wide range of standardized test specimens (e.g., Type 1, Type 1A, Type 5A, fire test plates, optical plates, flow spirals, and more).
With our experience and technical capability, we can process a broad material spectrum and provide maximum support in polymer processing.
CNC Milling
In automotive and other high-compliance industries, testing directly on the original component is often mandatory. CNC-based specimen extraction enables the creation of standard-compliant test specimens from specific sections of the submitted part. Simply provide the component — we extract and prepare the specimen.
Die-Cutting
Die-cutting is particularly suitable for thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and rubber-like flexible materials. Standardized test specimens are stamped from injection-molded or extruded sheets and used for subsequent material testing.
You specify the required standard — we deliver compliant test specimens ready for laboratory qualification.
